Homemade Oreos submitted by Katie
1 package devils food cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup flour
Mix together and roll into small balls. bake 350 degrees for
10 mins. Let cool.
Filling: (makes enough for 2 batches or lots of filling for
one batch).
1lb powdered sugar
8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
Mix together and spread between two cookies.
In my picture I pressed the cookies with a pizzelle press,
but it took too long so I rolled the others.
