Easy Pumpkin Cookies by Sara
1 can (29oz) of pumpkin (NOT pie filling)
2 boxes spice cake mix
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
2 bags Chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients. Drop 1 inch rounded dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-17 minutes. YUM!! It makes A LOT of cookies so be prepared to share! (You can also cut the recipe in half by using a 14 oz can of pumpkin)
