Chorizo and Egg Burritos by Sandy
10 oz Pork Chorizo
12 eggs
Directions:
Cook chorizo until really hot. It is really hard to tell when chorizo is cooked all the way. The best way to make sure is it gets really hot and the grease looks a little brown.
Add eggs and mix together while eggs cook. Cook to desired consistency. Because everyone likes their eggs at a different consistency it is your preference to how you want it.
After eggs and chorizo have finished cooking serve with warmed tortillas.
Add cheese if desired.
