German Pancakes by Emily (sorry for the half eaten photo)
melt 2 tbsp butter/margarine in a 9x13 pan in the oven while preheating to 425.
mix:
3 eggs
1/2 c flour
1/2 c milk
dash of salt
pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 13-15 mins
